84EM built a custom integration between Calendly and WooCommerce. When someone books a consultation in Calendly, they’re asked a number of questions relevant to the consultation. The answers, as well as their name and email, are sent via an authenticated webhook to WooCommerce and saved as user meta data.
The client offers both pre-purchase and post-purchase consultations. If their customer books a pre-purchase consulation & do not yet have an account in WooCommerce, one is created for them and a custom activation email is sent.
