84EM created a custom store credit plugin for WooCommerce that works well with WooCommerce Subscriptions and one-off purchases.
The solution allows current users to receive credit from a shop admin, allows new users to claim credit when they register, credit can be applied at checkout, and also auto applies to subscription renewals
The project includes admin lookup and reporting tools as well.
